Sadaf Mushroom has 16 rooms, each 530 m² Growing surface, with a total Growing surface of 8,480 m².
The facility was designed and built according to the latest international standards.
All rooms are equipped with modern air conditioning systems and a computer system for controlling air, temperature, humidity, and CO₂.
Sadaf Mushroom Unit is equipped with the latest machinery manufactured by Christians Group, which allows the operations of filling and emptying the Rooms, ruffling and caking to be carried out without the intervention of human resources.
